Attorney General Bailey to testify at Congress on historic first amendment lawsuit

WASHINGTON, DC. – Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey will testify today before the United States House of Representatives’ Committee on Oversight and Accountability Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Attorney General Bailey will speak about his landmark case Missouri v. Biden that has exposed the vast censorship enterprise composed of federal officials coercing and colluding with social media companies to censor free speech in direct violation of Americans’ First Amendment rights.
