Class of 2023 receives recognitions and scholarships

STE. GENEVIEVE – The members of the Ste. Genevieve High School Class 2023 have received recognitions and scholarships.

“Glory of Missouri” Award: The following seniors from Ste. Genevieve High School have been recognized with the “Glory of Missouri” Award from the Missouri House of Representatives. This honor was created to recognize students who display virtuous qualities both as students and as citizens. Each student honored represents one of the virtues of good government engraved on the walls of the House Chamber. These seniors include:

Missouri Scholars 100 Honorable Mention: Senior Collin Fritsch received an Honorable Mention for the 2023 Missouri Scholars 100, a statewide program that honors 100 of Missouri’s top academic students in the graduating class of 2023. The student must have a minimum GPA of 3.750, a minimum ACT score of 29 or a minimum SAT score of 1,600, be ranked in the upper 10 percent of the class and have taken high-level courses in mathematics, science, English, and foreign language. The student must also have excellent attendance, be an exemplary school citizen, and be involved in the school activity program.
