Jason L. Coffel 49, Mt Vernon IL, arrested April 25, 2023 by Sparta Police for unlawful possession of weapon, unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of hypodermic syringe, unlawful possession of contraband in penal institution, obstructing justice. Is incarcerated.
