There will be no service for 86-year-old Joseph Paulette of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away April 27, 2023 at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Dec. 12, 1936 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, the son of John Paulette and Ann (DiLoretta) Paulette who both preceded him in death.
He married Nancy (DeNoon) Paulette Dec. 4, 1982. She survives in Ste. Genevieve.
He is also survived by three sons: Daniel DeNoon of Sainte Genevieve, Mo., John Kenneth Patterson of Belmont, Ohio, and Mark (Vicki) Bellevidere; daughters: Loretta Patterson of Sainte Genevieve, Nancy Ruth Collins of Palm Coast, Florida and Esther (Jesse) Nichols of Mt. Morris; a brother: John (Sharon) Paulette of Hollywood, Iowa; a sister: Nancy (Dick) Piper of Bellaire, Ohio and several grandchildren, great-grand children and great-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his brother: James Paulette.
He was a member of the Eagles in Bellaire, Ohio, Elks Lodge in Martins Ferry, Ohio, IAC in Bellaire and Sons of Italy in Bellaire.
Joseph was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed watching and playing baseball. His favorite team were the Boston Celtics, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
No services will be held .
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
