JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
38-year-old Roger Nguyen of St. Louis at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant out of Cape Girardeay for failure to register a vehicle. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
31-year-old Jarrell M. Scruggs of Florissant at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday on patrol charges of resisting arrest by flight and driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
