Ashley N. Wittenbrink 36, Baldwin, arrested April 17, 2023 by Sparta Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Is incarcerated.
Kristina L. Babb 45, St Mary MO, arrested April 17, 2023 by Chester Police on a Perry County IL warrant for unlawful possession of controlled substance. Bond amount is $10,000. Released on recognizance bond.
Shawn A. Hagen 48, New Athens, arrested April 18, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for criminal sexual assault. Bond is $250,000. Is incarcerated.
Jared L. Hall 35, Sparta, arrested April 18, 2023 by Sparta Police for domestic battery. Released with no charges filed.
William J. Johnston 39, Elkville, arrested April 18, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for no registration plate, no trailer lamps, possession of methamphetamine & possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on recognizance bond.
Ivan F. Jones 51, St Louis MO, arrested April 19, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation and a Monroe County warrant for unlawful possession of meth. Bond amount is $40,000. Is incarcerated.
