A private graveside service has been conducted for 102-year-old Alberta M. Mueller, formerly of Hecker, Illinois, who passed away at 7:52 a.m., Thursday, April 13, 2023 at St. Paul’s Senior Community in Belleville, Illinois.
She was born May 13, 1920 in Red Bud, Illinois to Albert and Anita (nee Schmidt) Von Der Heide who both preceded her in death.
Alberta married Howard Mueller; he preceded her in death on June 13, 1983.
She had owned a grocery store.
She is survived by a brother: David (Louise) Von Der Heide of Smithton, Ill., and a sister:
Rose Marie Chinn of Red Bud, Ill.
A private graveside service was held at the Hecker City Cemetery, Hecker, Illinois.
