JEFFERSON CITY — A 41-year-old Altenburg suffered serious injuries in a traffic crash on Route A in Perry County Tuesday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Chad C. Adams was taken to St. Francois Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by an Air Evac helicopter.
The patrol says the crash happened when a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban being driven east by an unnamed 17-year-old girl from O’Fallon, Mo. ran off the right side of the road and overturned about a mile east of Industrial Road.
The patrol says neither person was buckled up.
The Suburban had extensive damage, but was driven from the scene.
