JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Join team members at Dr. Edmund A. Babler State Park for a spring wildflower hike. The 1.25-mile hike will allow guests to explore the Hawthorn Trail to see spring wildflowers that are blooming.
There will be several opportunities to explore the park for the first signs of spring. Join park team members at the Alta Shelter parking lot at 10 a.m. on the following Saturdays:
- April 8
- April 15
- April 22
- April 29
- May 6
- May 13
Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. They should also bring water, snacks and insect repellent. Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park is located at 800 Guy Park Drive in Wildwood, west of St. Louis. For more information, please call 636-458-3813.
