CHESTER — On Friday March 24 Randolph County Sheriff, Jarrod Peters, presented Dennis McDonald of Chester with a plaque thanking him for nine years of service to Randolph County. McDonald recently retired from his position as Head Bailiff of the Randolph County Courts.
