Public Comment Period and Notice of Public Hearing for 10 CSR 20-7.015

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has filed proposed rule amendments to adopt total phosphorus discharge reductions, allow for discharge of high-quality water into drinking water reservoirs to support water resource needs, and to align rules pertaining to losing streams. The public comment period is April 3, 2023, through May 15, 2023, with a public hearing on May 4, 2023.

 

The public hearing will take place at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Lewis and Clark State Office Building, LaCharette/Nightingale Creek Conference Rooms, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO with virtual attendance via Webex offered as well.
