STE. GENEVIEVE – Lindsey Crump is the Elks Student of the Month for March from Ste. Genevieve High School.
Lindsey is the daughter of Robert Crump and Teska Johnson.
Lindsey’s scholastic honors include: being ranked in the top 10 of her graduating senior class, earning A Honor Roll each semester, being top 10% every year in high school, being awarded Summa Cum Laude, and winning numerous class awards. Lindsey has also been involved in a number of clubs and organizations, including Student Council, Student Mentors, National Honor Society, Principal’s Advisory Group, and holding numerous officer positions in these organizations, as well as serving as a class officer. She is currently the president of Student Council and has been the president of the class of 2023 since her sophomore year.
Lindsey has been chosen to represent SGHS at a number of leadership academies. She was chosen to attend the Missouri Association of Student Councils camp and was chosen as the recipient of the Distinguished Student Leader Award in 2023. She was also chosen as the Mentor Team of the Year in 2022, and won the Patched Overalls award in 2021.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time event planning, decorating and painting. She works at the Ste. Genevieve County Community Center and at the Sainte Genevieve Museum.
Lindsey plans to first attend Mineral Area College and pursue a degree in forensic science and history.
