JEFFERSON CITY – A 75-year-old Perryville man received minor injuries in a traffic crash on Route B in Perry County Thursday evening.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Wayne J. Brickhaus was taken to Perry County Memorial Hospital by Perry County EMS.
The patrol says Brickhaus was the driver of a westbound 1985 Chevrolet S-10 which traveled off the left side of the roadway into a field.
The crash happened about 7:27 p.m. at Perry County Road 503.
The patrol reports Brickhaus was buckled up.
The S-10 received minor damage and was secured roadside.
The patrol says Brickhaus was cited for DWI and released.
