ROLLA, MO. – Mark Twain National Forest is still seeking campground hosts for the 2023 season. Hosts are needed at both the Greer Crossing Campground on the Eleven Point Ranger District and the Markham Springs Campground on the Poplar Bluff Ranger District.
Campground hosting is a fun and rewarding volunteer experience that gets people outside and serving the public

Greer Crossing Campground is located just a stone’s throw from Greer Springs on the Eleven Point River, a National Wild and Scenic Riverway, along Hwy 19 in Oregon County, Missouri. Campground consists of (20) campsites with an attached day use area and boat launch. Markham Springs Campground is located along the Black River in Wayne County, Missouri, just outside of the Williamsville community. Campground consists of (37) sites, several single and double electric sites, attached day use and boat launch.

Fuchs House – The beautiful recreation rental would be one part of the site managed by someone hosting at Markham Springs
