JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
49-year-old Tara J. Farrow of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 10 a.m. March 7 in Perry County on a patrol charge of DWI and drugs and possession of a controlled substance: four grams of methamphetamine and 30 pills of amphetamine. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 12 hour hold
