EVANSVILLE — Christ Our Savior Lutheran High School’s FFA chapter celebrated FFA week recently.
The group began the week with some dress up days: camo day, blue and gold day and redneck day.
On Friday the group invited the 7th grade classes from Trinity Lutheran School and St. John Lutheran School for an Ag career day.
The program began with a presentation by Allyson Linker, manager of Randolph County Farm Bureau, who talked about what the Farm Bureau does and how it helps the area farmers.
Next, the group took a tour of the Baldwin FS facility.
Gateway provided lunch for us.
After lunch Leedle Bees gave a presentation on their bee business. Thank you Gateway FS for hosting and making lunch.
Thank you Allyson, Keith, Lexi, Kevin and the Leedle family for sharing their knowledge about agriculture and teaching the students the many career opportunities agriculture offers.
