A graveside service will be held Thursday, Feb. 23 for 68-year-old Charles Raymond Ticer of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.
He was born January 19, 1955 in Murphysboro, Illinois.
He married Samatha (Morris) Ticer April 26, 2014. She survives in Ste. Genevieve.
He is also survived by two sons: Charles Ticer II and Willie Ticer; a daughter: JoLynn Mann; two step-sons: Derrick Lundmark and Brandon Lundmark; a step-daughter: Chauntel Kannenberg; two brothers, Johnny Ticer and Bruce Ticer; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father: Ben Ticer; mother: Sharlet Ticer; a sister: Bena Sue Dailey; and a brother: Andy Ticer;
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 11 a.m. till 1:30 p.m.
Graveside Service will be at Crestlawn Cemetery on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 2 p.m. in Ste Genevieve, Mo.
The family will have a Celebration of Life following burial at the CMA Hall in St. Mary, Mo.
Memorials may be made to family use.
He was a member of IBEW Local 1, Past President of The Union Brotherhood MC, Past President of The Eagles in Ste Genevieve, President of The Lion’s Club in Ste Genevieve, Vice President of CMA in St. Mary, and a member of VFW Post 4282 in Perryville.
Charles, also known as Deuce, was a loving husband.
