Bertrand will bring his decades of experience as an attorney at The Bertrand Law Firm in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The Bertrand Law Firm provides legal services in criminal defense, personal injury, family law and estate planning. Bertrand has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa. He has been involved in Cabe Girardeau’s Planning and Zoning Board, Old Town Cape, Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Lion’s Club and Elk’s Lodge.
