STE GENEVIEVE — Ste. Genevieve Boys Wrestling finished fourth out of 16 teams at the SEMO Conference Tournament! Drake Meyer- 1st, Jacob Schweigert- 1st, Mason Langeneckert- 2nd, Gage Gross- 3rd, Evan Winters- 3rd, Bryant Schwent- 4th, Dalton McBride- 4th, Isaiah Basler- 6th, , Madden Wolk- 6th, and Gabe Willett- 6th.
Ste. Genevieve Girls Wrestling finished fourth out of 14 teams at the SEMO Conference Tournament! Hailey Wheeler- 1st, Katlynn Lay- 2nd, Hollyn Zangaro- 3rd, Addison Geiler- 3rd, Ragan Picou- 4th, and Kynnadie Weibrecht- 4th.
Both the girls and boys teams wrestle De Soto, Cape Notre Dame and Herculaneum Tuesday.
STE. GENEVIEVE – This past weekend, the Valle Catholic Wrestling team also traveled to Cape Girardeau to participate in the 16 team SEMO Wrestling Conference Tournament.
With only two other 1A schools participating, the Warriors placed 10th among the field of 2A, 3A and 4A schools.
Individual medalists were Kaden Gegg (106) placing second, and Joseph Flieg (132) placing sixth.
Valle Catholic wrestles at New Madrid County Central Tuesday.
