High School Boys Basketball
CHESTER – Chester Invitational Tournament had two more games last night: Lovejoy beat Valmeyer 78-47 in a consolation semifinal and Saxony Lutheran lost to Gibault 50-41 in a championship semifinal.
There will be two more games tonight: consolation semifinal with Valle vs Perryville at 6 p.m. and a championship semifinal with New Athens playing Chester at 7:30.
The tournament takes a break Friday and then has four games Saturday: seventh place at 2:30, consolation final at 4, third place at 5:30 and the championship game at 7 p.m.
STE, GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve plays at North County Friday night.
PERRYVILLE – The St. Vincent varsity and junior varsity teams will play Friday night at Oran.

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle plays at West County tonight.

CHESTER – Chester plays at Carlyle tonight at 7:15 p.m.
PERRYVILLE – The St. Vincent Lady Indians host Grandview tonight at 5:30.
PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Lady Pirates play at Woodland Monday night.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran plays Fredericktown Monday at 6.

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve defeated Jackson 44-33 and topped Sikeston 52-21.
Ste. Genevieve participates in the St. Charles Tournament Friday and Saturday.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle has a tri-match with Potosi and New Madrid County Central at home tonight.
