SPARTA, Ill. – The Sparta Police Department congratulates Officer Kevin Otten on receiving the 2022 Officer of the Year Award.
Officer Otten joined our Department in 2012 as a Telecommunicator, after serving with the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office in the dispatch center.
In 2020, he moved from our dispatch center to patrol.
Officer Otten, we thank you for your service and dedication to protect the citizens of Sparta and Tilden.
