William “Bill” Joseph Siebert, 79, of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
He was born January 26, 1943 in Sainte Genevieve.
He married Francene (Basler) Siebert October 30, 1962.
He is survived by his wife: Francene Siebert of Sainte Genevieve; two sons: Kevin (Christy) Siebert of Sainte Genevieve and William “Billy” (Betty Joggerst) Siebert of Sainte Genevieve; four daughters: Denise Dolan of Rockville, MD, Tonia Carron of Sainte Genevieve, Elizabeth “Beth” (Jason) Michel of Barnhart, MO and Natalie Siebert of Farmington, MO; seven sisters: Margie Siebert CSJ, Roseanne Siebert CSJ, Teresa (Kenneth) Gomez, Mary (Bruce) McKinstry, Kathy (Jim) Holland, Sharon (Russ) Cooper, and Geriann (Phil Royal) Siebert; a brother: Joey (Jan) Siebert Jr.; grandchildren: Kelsie, Brayden, Matthew, Seth, Mary, Magdalen, Rosemary, Kevin Jr., Maria, Edward, William, Emma, Zachary, Ella, Dylan (Deanna) Michel, Alexander, Tobias, Owen, Brystol, Luxie, and Piper; several nieces and several nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Rosemary (Viox) Siebert; his father: Joseph Siebert; his son: Jeffrey Siebert; And his granddaughter: Charlotte Michel.
Visitation will be 4-8 pm Monday, Jan. 2 and 10-10:45 am Tuesday, Jan. 3 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve.
A funeral mass for William “Bill” Joseph Siebert will be held at the Church of Ste. Genevieve on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 11:00 am. The Clergy will be Rev. Edward Nemeth.
Burial will follow at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO
Memorials may be made to St. Louis Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis or HealthWell Foundation
Bill was a proud member of Sainte Genevieve Levee District 2 and a past member of Sainte Genevieve County Pork Producers Association.
He was also a member of the Catholic Church in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
Bill dedicated his life to his family and his farm for over 60 years.
He had an enormous amount of compassion for helping others.
