STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests and incidents for the week ending Dec. 23, 2022.

Arrested Persons:

Byington, Emma Lee W/F DOB: 01/06/2001 of Festus MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $100.00 cash only.

 

Gilmer, Stephen Dwayne W/M DOB: 09/30/1992 of Poplar Bluff MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office on the original charge of Larceny.  Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct.  Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Lee, Kelsi Ann W/F DOB: 01/23/1994 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Financial Responsibility.  Bond was set at $100.00 cash only.

Dec. 17, 2022

Deputies were called to mile marker 148 for motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Valley View Rd. to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 10000 block of Highway 61 for a suspicious person.

Deputies were called to the 4000 block of Concord School Rd. to assist a person who is in need of medical attention.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Lakewood Dr. for a missing juvenile.

Deputies were called to the 10000 block of State Route Y to assist EMS with a person at this location.

 

Dec. 18, 2022

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of State Route B for animal control.

Deputies were called to mile marker 150 for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Saw Mill Rd. for property damage.

Deputies were called to the 900 block of Third St. in St. Mary for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 100 block of Mill Hill Rd. for a 911 hang up call.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route D and State Route JJ for a suspicious person.

Deputies were called to the 11000 block of State Route F for a 911 hang-up call.

Deputies were called to the 10000 block of Highway 61 for a missing juvenile.

Deputies were called to mile marker 152 for motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route C and Highway 32 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Park Dr. for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Kinsey Rd. for a burglary.

Deputies were called to the 21000 block of Oak Dr. for a 911 hang-up call.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Village Dr. for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to mile marker 159 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Valley View Rd. for a person needing medical assistance.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Schilly Rd. to check the well-being.

Deputies were called to the 500 block of Park Dr. for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of State Route DD for a domestic disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of Highway 61 to assist a person needing medical assistance.

Deputies were called to the area of Genevieve Church Rd. and Burks School Rd. for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to the area of Burlington Railroad office and Main St. for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Genevieve Church Rd. to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 500 block of Rozier St. for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of Highway 61 for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route OO and Interstate 55 for motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route Z for an alarm.

Deputies were called to mile marker 155 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 22000 block of State Route P for a suspicious person.

 

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
