CHESTER — Chester High School has announced four seniors have been named 2022-2023 Illinois State Scholars.
The four state scholars are (left to right) Chelsea August, Briley Miles, Jacob Handel, and William Schuwerk.
They represent the top ten percent of seniors from high schools statewide.
Students were chosen based on ACT or SAT scores, grade point averages, and class rank.
