Casteel, Shawn Gregory W/M DOB: 09/11/1983 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Probation and Parole Violation Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Assault-2nd Degree. No Bond allowed.

 

Wright, Sherwin Tremayne B/M DOB: 01/22/1978 of Pearl MS was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Armed Criminal Action

-Assault-2nd degree

-Unlawful Use of a weapon

Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety with no 10% allowed.

 

Guenther, Donald David Jr. W/M DOB: 10/23/1973 of Festus MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended. Bond was set at $2500.00 that was set at a Personal Recognizance bond.

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Bond was set at $20,000.00 cash or surety, no 10% allowed.

Dunn, Shannon Margaret W/F DOB: 09/23/1979 of Barnhart, MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Assault. Bond was set at $1,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Gahm, Grant Matthew W/M DOB: 05/17/1993 of Scott City MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Mary Police Department on the original charge of Exceeded Posted Speed Limit. Bond was set at $194.50.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Weiler St. for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Ridgewood Dr. for a theft.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
