Randolph County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests

CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests:

 

David A. Morrow 45, Sparta, arrested November 29, 2022 by Sparta Police for criminal trespass to vehicle & resisting a peace officer.  Bond amount is $1,500.  Is incarcerated.

 

Lemarcus Q. Simpson 23, Sparta, arrested November 30, 2022 by Sparta Police for aggravated domestic battery.  Is incarcerated.

 

Donald E. Beshears 37, Percy, arrested December 1, 2022 by Steeleville Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving with license suspended charge. Released after posting $500 cash bond.

 

Ashley E. Schonagel 33, Chester, arrested December 1, 2022 by Chester Police for criminal damage to property & domestic battery.  Is incarcerated.

 

Floyd R. Church 55, Pinckneyville, arrested December 2, 2022 by Steeleville Police for Unlawful possession of meth, operating uninsured motor vehicle & expired registration.  Is incarcerated.

 

Brett M. Goddard 27, Cutler, arrested December 3, 2022 by Steeleville Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia charge.  Released on recognizance bond.

 

Joshua A. M. Bierman 26, Chester, arrested December 3, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery & criminal damage to property.  Is incarcerated.

 

David C. Phelps 54, Sparta, arrested December 5, 2022 by Sparta Police for harassment through electronic communication.  Is incarcerated.
