48-year-old Lance Demetrius Politte of Bismark on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear through Crystal City Police Department on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set at $100.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear through Crystal City Police Department on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set at $225.00 cash only.

 

21-year-old Robert Lee Miller, Jr. of Ste. Genevieve on a Probation Violation Warrant on the original charge of Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a felony.  No Bond allowed.

 

46-year-old Brian Douglas Hart of Pevely on the following warrants:

-Failure to Appear through Arnold Police Department on the original charge of Speeding-Traffic.  Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear through Jefferson County on the following original charges:

Failure to wear seatbelt.  Bond was set at $10.00 cash only.

Driving without proper operating license.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $4000.00 cash only.

 

35-year-old Charles Edgar King of Farmington on a Warrant through St. Francois County on the following charges:

-2 counts of Statutory Sodomy-1st degree

-2 counts of Sexual Misconduct or attempt -1st offense

-Statutory rape-1st degree

-Statutory Sodomy-Deviate sexual intercourse

Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash or surety.
