STE. GENEVIEVE — Two Valle Catholic High School cross country athletes have received MAAA Coaches Choice Awards.
Peter Roth and Madelyn Griffard were nominated by area coaches for this award.
Highlights of this year’s cross country season include:
Madelyn:
All-Conference (5th place)
Class 2 District 1 Champion
Class 2 All-State (10th place)
She also broke the school record this year with a time of 19:47.12.
Peter:
All-Conference (9th place)
Class 1 District 1 – All-District (6th place)
Class 1 All-State (19th place)
