‘Spike for a Cause’ fundraiser benefits Memorial Hospital

CHESTER – The Steeleville High School Volleyball team held a “Spike for a Cause” game in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness on October 12.

Through donations, a cake raffle, blanket toss, t-shirt sales, and 50/50 drawing they were able to raise $710.84 to donate to the Memorial Hospital Infusion Family Friends Fund.

 

Each year the team picks a different cause and Memorial was honored to be chosen this year.
