JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
Among those listed as arrested:
35-year-old Felix Melendez-Torres of Lake St. Louis was arrested at 2:05 p.m. Sunday in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Charles Department of Corrections charge of failing to appear for speeding. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
