High School Volleyball
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve advanced to the gold bracket in the MAAA Conference Tournament and will play at home on Tuesday.
The SGHS Volleyball team received the No. 1 seed for the district tournament and will play on October 24th at Park Hills at 5:30 against the winner of Park Hills and Perryville.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle Lady Warriors play in the MAAA Conference Tourney on Tuesday.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran freshmen and junior varsity teams play in the Jackson 9/JV Tournament Saturday.
The varsity Crusaders are off until Monday when they join the freshmen and junior varsity in playing at Cape Central. Freshmen at 5 p.m., JV at 6 p.m. and Varsity at 7 p.m.

Junior Varsity Football
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent hosts Grandview Monday.
Fall Frenzy Trail Run slated
PERRYVILLE – A Fall Frenzy Trail Run, sponsored by The Bank of Missouri, is scheduled for October 29 at The Perry County Community Lake.
This 5.5K course will go around the lake and start at 9 AM.
Registration fee is $25 and no guarantee of a t-shirt the day of the race.
Registration deadline is Friday, October 28 at 2 PM.
Day of race registrations will not be accepted.
