The Basler Funeral Home has announced the passing of 72-year-old Diane Marie Sutton of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
She was born June 24, 1950 in St. Louis, Mo.
She married Stephen “Steve” Sutton on June 6, 1992.
She is survived by her husband: Stephen “Steve” W. Sutton of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; two sons: Jeffrey (Stephanie) Young of Hillsboro, Mo., and Samuel “Sam” Sutton of Bloomsdale, Mo.; a daughter: Lisa Lisle of Overton, Tex.; two brothers: Richard (Deloris) Becherer of Festus, Mo., and Paul Becherer of Hillsboro, Mo.; two sisters: Pamela Welsh of St. Louis, Mo. and Eileen (Paul) Fricke of Festus, Mo.; grandchildren: Tyler, Brendan, and Marissa Young, Byron Lisle, Alyssa and Calvin Sutton; and great-grandchildren: Kade and Deacon Young.
He was preceded in death by her father: Harold Becherer; mother: Helen Becherer; two brothers: David (Gloria) Becherer and Robert Becherer; and granddaughter: Ashley Lisle.
Diane enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband Steve. She enjoyed sewing and cooking, and would cook anything her family requested. Diane loved having her family around especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
