JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrest report:
41-year-old Brandi M. Brown of Red Bud, Ill. was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday in St. Louis County on a patrol charge of possession of a controlled substance: 29 capsules of fentanyl, two pills of alprazolam and a meth pipe and ink pen tube with residue. She was processed at the River City Casino and released pending application of warrants.
