Wilma Louise Otte, 70, of Saint Mary, Missouri was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at St Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.
She was born March 16, 1952 in Minnith, MO to Winfred and Irene (Black) Brewster. They both preceded her in death.
She and Carl Ray Otte were married at Trinity Baptist Church, St Mary, MO. He preceded her in death.
She was a long time member of Trinity Baptist Church, working many years with the children’s programs. She was a hard worker, loving God and loving people. She was a true salt of the earth and treasure.
Survivors include two daughters, Dana R (Eugene “Freeman” Jr.) Rorie of Charleston, SC, Kara (Robert) Hayden of Perryville, MO; four grandchildren, Gavin Hayden, Olivia Cockriel, Gunnar Hayden, Stella Hayden; three brothers, Thomas (Dana) Brewster, Joe (Mary) Brewster, James (Donna) Brewster; sister, Kathy Dallas of Saint Mary, MO; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Glen (Rosemary) Brewster, Lawrence (Evelyn) Brewster, Everett Brewster; two sisters, Grace (Don) Grass, Wanda Brewster.
Visitation will be 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church in Saint Mary.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church in Saint Mary with the Rev. Ed Carter officiating.
Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Trinity Baptist Church.
