Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval for guest lodging on N. 4th Street

STE. GENEVIEVE — The Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending the Board of Aldermen approve a request for a special use permit to allow guest lodging at 260 N. 4th Street in a general residential neighborhood.

 

The vote at the meeting held Thursday evening was 6-0 with two members of the commission absent.

 

The request will now go to the Board of Aldermen.

 

In other business at last night’s meeting, Community Development Administrator David Bova told commissioners the survey on a new comprehensive plan should be available by the end of the month. He ask commissioners to encourage all citizens to respond.
