JEFFERSON CITY — A 49-year-old Pevely woman was hurt in a traffic crash Monday afternoon on Dry Fork Road in Ste. Genevieve County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Janece A. Partney was taken by private conveyance to SSM Health St. Claire Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The patrol says Partney was the driver of a northbound 2013 Buick Encore which slid on loose gravel while she applied the brakes traveling down a hill. The Buick ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
The crash happened about 1:59 p.m. north of Charter Church Road.
The patrol says Partney was buckled up.
The Buick received extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Pippins Towing.
