Beloved Husband and Father departed his life Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Mo. surrounded by family
He was born March 30, 1928 in St. Mary, Mo.
Married to Vernetta (Herman) Schwent on February 20, 1954.

Visitation will be at St. Joseph Church in Zell, MO on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 10:00 am till 11:00 am
Service will be at St. Joseph Church on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 11:00 am.
The Clergy will be Rev. Francis Koeninger.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Zell, MO with military honors provided by VFW Post 2210.
Memorials can be made to Church masses.
He was a member of VFW Post 2210, American Legion Post 150, Knights of Columbus 1037, and Elks Lodge 2674. Louis served our country in The United States Army.
Louis loved to hunt, fish, garden and travel. He enjoyed the outdoors and going to the cabin.
