JEFFERSON CITY — A 46-year-old Ste. Genevieve man received minor injuries in a traffic crash at noon Tuesday in Ste. Genevieve County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Byron M. Flieg was taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.
The patrol says the crash happened when a 2003 International Convential driven by Flieg failed to yield the right of way to a 2008 Case MX285 driven by 46-year-old Robert J. Naeger of Ste. Genevieve. The right rear tire of a trailer being towed by the Case struck the left front of the International. Naeger was not hurt.
The patrol says both drivers were buckled up.
The crash happened on northbound Highway 61 at Route V.
The Case had no damage and was driven from the scene. The International was a total loss and was removed by Ive’s Towing.
