A memorial service will be held at a future date for 78-year-old Judith K. Bohnert of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Independence Care Center.
She was born January 27, 1944 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. to Richard and Tillie Brooks Sommer.
She and Melbourne “Bud” Bohnert were married on January 2, 1960 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Bud survives in Perryville.
Survivors include a daughter: Tamera Richardet of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; a sister: Janice F. Smith of Perryville, Mo.; four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Rick Bohnert and one brother-in-law David Smith.
Judith was an assembler for Prince Gardner and had worked at Farm Fresh.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and L.W.M.L.
