The Pechacek Funeral Home has announced the death of 62-year-old Alberto F. Quintana of Chester, Ill., who passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at his residence.
He was born December 3, 1959 in Cuba, the son of Alberto Quintana and Luisa Sangroniz who both preceded him in death.
He is survived by two brothers: Javier (Donna) Quintana of Evansville, Ill. and Victor Quintana of Cuba; three nephews: Javier, Wendell and Cory Quintana and great nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a brother: Bruno Quintana.
Alberto had worked at Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation as a line operator.
He was of the Catholic Faith.
It was Alberto’s wish to be cremated.
