Volunteers are a big part of having a successful Red Cross Blood Drive.
On Wednesday August 17 the American Legion hosted its regularly scheduled blood drive and as usual, volunteers helped make it a success.
Pictured (left to right) are Ruth Rowley of Chester, Ary Shipley and Deja Worley, both students in Chester. Rowley has been a Red Cross Blood Drive volunteer for decades while Shipley and Worley were first-time volunteers.
