CHESTER — The Illinois Secretary of State’s office will be at the Chester Senior Center on Tuesday September 20th at 1 p.m. for a free Rules of the Road Drivers Review course.
This course and materials are free.
The course goes over the Rules of the Road which will help you when you need to renew your driver’s license.
