STE. GENEVIEVE – The 18th Annual Sainte Genevieve Plein Air Painting Competition is scheduled for September 21-25, 2022.
Headquartered at the Sainte Genevieve Art Center and & Museum at 310 Merchant Street, artists may register Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning for a chance to win $3,000 in awards and prizes. Visitors to the exhibit can vote for their favorite painting at a Saturday night reception 6 p.m.-9 p.m. or on Sunday 11 a.m-2 p.m.
This year, award-winning plein air artist Marty Coulter will kick off the event with a one-day workshop at which he’ll share some of the secrets of his success.
