CHESTER – The City of Chester has released this announcement regarding repairs at the Water Plant today, Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
When repairs are complete, the city will be on a TOWN-WIDE BOIL WATER ORDER.
The city of Chester will issue a CodeRed message when the boil order is issued as well as posting a notice on the city’s Facebook page and on Chester’s website at www.chesterill.com
A notice will also be issued when the boil order is lifted.
AGAIN, this boil water order will occur after repairs are made today, August 16, 2022.
