PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.
29-year-old Derek J. Hacker of Perryville was charged with fourth degree assault on a special victim – intimidation, resisting/interfering with an arrest, detention or stop. Police say they were called to the area in front of Mary Jane Burgers & Brew at 9:13 p.m. July 22.
39-year-old Michael J. Riney of Perryville was charged with second degree property damage at 9:15 p.m. July 24. Police say the arrest came after they were called to the area of Kingshighway and North Main Street by a report of a subject walking in the middle of the roadway with a dog.
Police were called to the Estates of Perryville July 24th at 10:18 p.m. by a report that a patient had broken a window and assaulted a CNA.
