JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
49-year-old Michael K. O’Connell of St. Louis at 9:54 a.m. Wednesday in Ste. Genevieve on a Scott County felony warrant for failing to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail without bond.
