Chester Welcome Center has new deck

CHESTER – Mary Kiefer provided these photographs of the Chester Welcome Center deck overlooking the Mississippi River being replaced Friday.

The Welcome Center is located on the right side of Illinois 150 as motorists come off the Chester Bridge.
