PERRYVILLE – A 32-year-old Perryville man was taken into custody Monday evening.
Christopher S. Meyer is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest,
Meyer was wanted in connection with an incident May 21, 2022.
The Perry County Sheriff’s Office is seeking additional charges for possession of a stolen firearm and stealing a motor vehicle.
Meyer is also wanted by the De Soto Police Department and Cape Girardeau Police Department for similar crimes.
