CHESTER — Chester Police Chief Bobby Helmers posed for a picture with several Chester Grade School students on the last week of school.
The event was a “Police and Fire Day” at which all fifth graders had the opportunity to visit with Chester police officers and firemen to learn about the duties of each respective “first responder” unit.
