James “Jimmy” Fischer 59 years old of Sainte Genevieve, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022
at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
He was born July 16, 1962 in Perryville, Mo.
He married Diane (Wester) Fischer on October 19, 2002.
He is survived by: Wife, Diane Fischer of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Daughter, Nicole Fischer of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Sister, Monica (Wayne) Kreitler of Saint Mary, MO; Five Brothers, Louis (Debbie) Fischer of Saint Louis, MO, Robert (Carla) Fischer of River Aux Vases, MO, William (Anita) Fischer of Bloomsdale, MO, Francis Fischer (Special Friend Sheila Cole) of Zell, MO, Patrick (Jamie) Fischer of Zell, MO; Special Friend Larry (Robin) Pettus Jr. of Weingarten, MO; Mother-in-law, Liz Wester of St. Louis, MO; Several Nieces, Nephews and Friends

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm and Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 8:00 am till 9:30 am.
Service will be at St. Joseph Church in Zell, MO Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 10 am.
The Clergy will be Rev. Henry Purcell.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Zell, MO

He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Sons of the Am. Legion, Ste. Genevieve Eagles and Local 513. Jimmy was a hard worker, an awesome mechanic and he would help anyone at a drop of a hat, he loved cooking and he loved spending time with his daughter Nicole and dog Bailey.
